Cookies – DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cookie mix gradually into ½ cup butter, 2 small eggs, and 1/2 tsp vanilla in a bowl on medium speed until well mixed. Drop heaping teaspoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake until golden, about 12 min., rotating sheets halfway through. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
