Return policy

The Market at Gianna has a standard 30 day return policy from purchase date. Items returned after the 30 day period, are not eligible for a refund.

Items returned must be in original condition with no signs of wear, original packaging, and tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for items 30 days after purchase date. Please contact us at gianna.centre@cssalberta.ca. Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear, original packaging, and tags attached.
